STUDENTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Wear clean and well-ironed uniforms and be clean and tidy. Clean skin, tidy, hair, short nails and polished shoes. Expensive jewellery, make-up, nail varnish or excessive hair ornaments must not be worn.
- Stand up when the teacher enters the classroom. Greet their teachers in English.
- Sit with hands behind their backs while listening to the teacher.
- Be careful with the school's property. Should they damage or destroy school's property, parents will need to compensate the school.
- Do not throw wrappers or bits of food on the ground. Deposit rubbish in the bins. Keep the school premises clean.
- Notify the class teacher if any belongings are lost.
- Walk in a discipline manner-not running, pushing or screaming. Give way to the member of teaching staff and to the small children.
- Playground can be used only under a supervision of a teacher.
- Books, magazines and pictures that are not a part of prescribed teaching materials must not be brought to school. Amusement gadgets like videogame or walkman are not allowed.
- Abide by all rules applicable in the classroom, library, dinning hall, play ground, science lab etc.
TEACHING STAFF WILL ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Wear a uniform. Be clean and tidy, a good example for the students.
- Use correct and polite language to set an example of language for the students.
- Do not swear at the students or beat them. Students who misbehave will be disciplined in a civilized, pedagogic way. They will be given an explanation of what is wrong with their behaviour and how to correct it. Their punishment may consist of a difficult physical exercise, exclusion from a game, extra homework or classwork.
- Regular classroom tests will be conducted to monitor the progress of students. Weak students will be given remedial teaching to improve their performance.
- Assignments will be checked and corrected promptly and regularly.
- Experiential learning will be facilitated.
- Regular teacher – parent meetings will be held to keep the parents informed about the progress of their children to receive parent's comments.
- Study educational literature and participate actively in seminars and workshops for self-improvement.
