Training in United School
United School has extended the training department as its sub unit in the context of raising performance of staffs and getting the best out of them. The training department has been geared to ponder on how to make each individual more productive and enhance the quality of what goes on in school. To meet this targeted goal, training department of United School needs to be focused on following areas-
- Orientation class for new teaching and non teaching staffs in the beginning of the session.
- Basic training for the new teaching and non teaching staffs.
- Need based training for teaching and non teaching staffs.
- Work shops on upcoming methods and techniques of teaching and learning for all the teachers of Pre School and Primary.
- Reviewing curriculum and upgrading them every year as per the need.
- Designing teaching materials and giving work shops on how to use them in an effective way.
- Designing and organizing Parents' workshop in Collaboration with coordinators.
